Handling logistics of tours, educational programmes, and the Waimarino Adventure Park including hiring and rostering of 30 plus individuals working across 3 companies and 1 charitable trust. Responsible for the health and safety implementation, training and ongoing checks in each of these areas. Actively leading strategic development of new products and there implementation across the Waimarino Group brand.

Led small group kayak tours in Victoria Harbour and surrounding area as well as managing customer relations at the booking desk and rental facility.

Through the experience with College Pro Painters I was able to grow my company into a profitable business and a leader within the Sidney community for residential house painting. It was an amazing opportunity in a time of both personal and business growth.

A year of complete immersion into Germanic Culture and Language, I was provided with numerous travel and learning opportunities both from within the Kreuzschwestern School, Rotary International and self-led initiative.
