Great physical effort is needed for this job because package count goals are expected to be met daily. It is important to move packages both quickly, and safely, while also being as space effective as possible. Thinking on the move and communicating as a team are both important aspects of this job. I worked at UPS over the summer before leaving for college and in that short time I was chosen as a UPS MVP for my hard work ethic and perfect attendance.
