North Western Program Alliance: Keon Park Level Crossing Removal ProjectNorth Western Program Alliance: Bell to Preston Level Crossing Removal ProjectKeon Park Station ($20M): Directly responsible for all fit-out, architectural metalwork and structural elements of the new Keon Park station building and island platform, including the project-critical fabrication, assembly, pre-dressing, and shift and lift of steel platform modules totalling ~400T of structural steel during rail occupations.Bell Station ($30M): Directly responsible for the supply and install of the precast façade panels, structural concrete, fit-out and platform super-T beams. Thereafter responsible for the delivery of the landscaping, roadworks, and civil profiling/surface works around the newly completed Bell Station building and across the larger project area from Bell St to the new southern viaduct abutment.Key responsibilities:- Development of build staging and program to inform collaboration with the design team to develop station design to IFC.- Packaging works, developing procurement program, and therein completing procurement through to all contract awards.- Detailed start-to-finish construction phase programming of station building works, inclusive of all structural and architectural elements.- Developing temporary work designs required to facilitate staging, and initiating novel permanent work design changes to de-risk program and drive value – such as comprehensive detailed plans to waterproof the station platforms and building.- Forecasting and earned value determination.- Developing and leading a team of site engineers, creating and driving personal development plans and a vibrant team-first culture.- Leading daily planning sessions with subcontractor supervisors/managers and site engineers.- Stakeholder management through delivery phase, such as LXRP and Darebin City Council during remediation of council roads and carparks.
