Fraylick Farms is a small pastured pork farm. I raise/care for the pigs and market the pork directly to consumers.

-Responsible for addressing support issues on diverse platforms including: Fortigate CPE firewalls, Fortigate cloud firewall instances, Fortinet FortiAnalyzer and DDoS detection/mitigation (Arbor SP / TMS).-Daily involved with the configuration and support of IPSEC and SSL VPN termination, Traffic-shaping, Policy-based access control, DMZs and other forms of asset isolation/segmentation, Identity-based controls, and Attack detection.-Able to configure and troubleshoot advanced applications of next-generation firewalls, including: Content filtering, IPS, Application control, Perimeter anti-virus.-Routinely provide customer support for service provider network issues utilizing OSI layers 2 and 3, specifically MPLS and VRF architectures along with IP routing via BGP. Proficient in the isolation, debugging, and troubleshooting of customer security issues in relation to: DNS, DHCP, remote-access protocols, mail delivery, NTP, AAA, Ethernet switching, event logging, etc., and am aware of the potential security and operational ramifications of these services on a customer’s network.-Responsible for monitoring and providing first-tier triage, investigation, and ticket preparation in response to all security incident alerts received by CSOC’s monitoring platforms.

-Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Spirit Communications network in the NOC -Provided assistance to member companies, business customers, and other telecoms troubleshooting and supporting MPLS connections, fiber circuits, ethernet over copper, ATM circuits, T1s, PRIs, VoIP and POTS lines.-Extensive experience using problem analysis skills to identify network problems and escalate or resolve these issues.-Experienced with Cisco, Adtran, and Alcatel routers and switches, Broadsoft Voip, Polycom and Yealink phones, Hatteras and Adva devices and troubleshooting tools such as Solar Winds, Net Analyst, Turin, in addition to internal proprietary tools.
