Being an employee of a small business means I am responsible for a wide range of tasks, these include:• Providing technical support to clients via email, telephone, and in person.• Designing, implementing and supporting solutions that enable our clients to streamline their processes, reduce costs and help them fulfil their goals in the most efficient way possible.• Producing quotations and proposals to win new business with both new and existing clients.• Creating and publish marketing materials such as mail shots, leaflets, PPC adverts, traditional print adverts and content for the company website.• Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their systems and the service they are receiving from us.

Working at Burger King offered me an opportunity to develop multiple skills whilst also being in full time education. The primary skills I gained included:• The ability to communicate clearly and positively with my team members and management.• How to multitask and work effectively whilst under pressure.• How to follow procedures to ensure the product and service offered to the customers met the brand standards.
