• Manage team of Technical Project Managers and Remote Support Technicians responsible for providing technology infrastructure, services, and support at remote events.• Oversee the planning, transition, execution, support, and closure of remote event technology projects• Establish and maintain working relationships with internal technology teams, business partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership. • Identify, develop, and implement SOPs and new technologies to enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Design, manage, implement, transition, and document large scale technical projects.• Identify new technologies and continuously improve current workflows within the NS3 organization.• NS3 technical project lead and support team lead for all Global and Domestic X Games remote events.• Technology liaison between Emerging Technology, Production, Event Operations, TV Operations, COMMs, and all external vendors affiliated with X Games remote events.• Manage all support team members throughout the duration of X Games remote event deployments.

• Lead Production Support Technician/Architect for major remote events.• Support of all studio and remote ESPN Production areas.• Support of graphics and control system for On-Air production (VizRT, Deko, RCS, IMS, etc.).• Surveyor and needs assessment for remote event locations.• Deployment and operation of critical equipment for remote events.• Management of domain user accounts and network print queues.

• Provide 1st level phone support to all ESPN Corporate clients.• On-site production support technician for several studio remote events.• Track support incidents via ticketing system and provide support within predetermined SLA’s.• Build and configure notebooks, desktops, and hybrid workstations.• Maintain and manage loaner notebook pool.• Utilize Windows Administrative Tools to troubleshoot domain user accounts and Exchange issues.
