Perform High Level Engineering & Automation Oversight for New & Existing Tuboscope Facilities Worldwide. Global Responsibility for Facility Capital Expenditures.

• Perform High Level Engineering Oversight for existing Tuboscope Coating Plants Worldwide, consisting of 17 facilities generating more than $300M worth of revenue per year.• Responsible for all Tuboscope Capital Projects & Expenditures worldwide. Project portfolio in excess of $250M and range in size from $250K to $40M each.• Responsible for overseeing the FEED including layout, design, external bid package, negotiations, construction, equipment installation, and equipment commissioning of all new Coating Plants Worldwide. This includes a new 225,000 Sq. ft. facility in Northeast Houston.• Implemented business growth strategies to generate an additional $100M in revenue via facility expansions in UAE, KSA, USA, & Mexico.• Conduct High Level Negotiations with our Equipment Suppliers, General Contractors, and other Vendors. • Developed Long Lasting Business relationships with our current suppliers, contractors, and other key personnel.• Participate in technical, contractual and commercial meetings with equipment vendors and General Contractors.• Oversee Engineering Department to assure compliance with all NOV Policies & Guidelines.• Implemented employee personnel growth strategies to increase engineering manpower & efficiencies. • Responsible for Continuous Improvement & Efficiency Gains for all Tuboscope Coating Plants Worldwide.• Responsible for assuring that Tuboscope Coating Facilities meet or exceed all OSHA, EPA, & TCEQ Standards.• Responsible for Effectively Communicating Quarterly & Yearly Progress Reporting to Tuboscope Executive Level Management including our company President and Vice President.• Responsible for Annual Department Budget including Forecasting, Spending, and R&D costs.

• Lead Project Manager for a new $20M Corporate Manufacturing Campus in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.• Lead Project Manager for all phases of new $37M NOV Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX.• Lead Project Manager for all phases of a new $17M NOV Manufacturing Facility in Veracruz, Mexico.• Primary responsibilities included coordinating facility layout design with local architect, contract negotiations, site construction, equipment installation, and startup/commissioning.• Additional responsibilities include project budgeting, scheduling, and financial tracking.• Managed TCEQ & EPA projects to assure Coating Facilities met State and Federal air pollution requirements.

Developed new and improved processes for the manufacturing of Top Drive Equipment.Identified cost savings based on labor hours, material flow, and throughput of Top Drive Equipment.Communicated with production floor employees to resolve current issues impacting production and assembly.Developed a process map for the production and assembly of the Top Drive TDS-11SA.
