At the national level, lead the organizing, training, equipping, developing, sustaining, and mentoring of the Iraqi Security Forces. This included near daily engagement with senior Iraqi officials in the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, and the Counter Terrorism Bureau. Enabled Transition Team efforts at all levels with equipment, training, and logistics. Direct the procurement, training, spectrum management, and logistics for all U.S. government radio programs.
