I bring a diverse set of skills, highlighted by my most recent three years of experience in the renewable energy sector. My roles encompassed solar installation, electrical work, foremanship, and Quality Assurance Management.Complementing my background in renewable energy, I've accumulated several years of experience in welding and construction. This includes working in a pipe production fabrication shop for oil and gas companies and playing an integral role on many commercial and residential siding projects in rural Alaska. In addition to my construction background, I possess extensive customer service and sales knowledge. In my role as a rental supervisor, I successfully developed, trained, and managed a team of up to 30 individuals, ensuring they consistently met operational and safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service. As a river guide and Trip Leader on the Snake River, I maximized client experiences while prioritizing safety for both clients and co-workers.I am always eager to acquire new techniques and readily embrace leadership roles. My aspirations are rooted in continuous learning and professional growth within a company.
