Tech businesses had an untapped market of new/early/future talent that had already extensive working experience - this market would be more inclusive and targeted than the traditional graduate/apprenticeship pathways.Some brief successes in the role included:- Re-establishing and improving relationships with training bootcamp providers- Securing 3 new contracts resulting in around £15k p/m- Improved candidate placements by 110% - Launching new pitch deck
