My first real role and position commenced at Cash & Cheque Express. This line of work entailed day to day hard negotiation tactics where i grew a knack for negotiation. I initially started the role as a CSR and made my way up the ranks to store Manager. Once i was promoted to manager i felt no new push for me as i had reached the highest position possible. I have since moved over to property negotiation in private rentals and sales. I have here managed to progress and keep using my negotiation skills on a day to day basis. After a couple of years in the real estate market i decided to head back to my roots and passion, the diamond market. This is my joy, passion and happiness. Creating moments of joy and everlasting pieces of art for the general public and retailers alike. I specifically enjoy the challenging pieces and orders which allow me to break away from the ordinary and regular run of the mill ideas.
