Served as caseworker for 12-13 children that were in foster care and wards of the state. Maintained case files and documentation for each child Including: medical & educational records, notes, service plans, court reports and more. Made service referrals for parents and children Coordinated and supervised parent & child visitation. Conducted monthly home visits with foster parents. Provided written reports to the court regarding the status of the case. Testified at court hearings for the termination of parental rights or as otherwise required.
