Helping Law Enforcement agencies, training companies, schools and public venues with Tactical Medicine equipment and Training Tools. Responsible for full sales cycle in the Law enforcement; education; and public venues verticals within the assigned territory of CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, WA, HI, AK, ID, MT, WY, ND AND SD. Additional responsibilities include managing and growing the training companies sales channel (with a nexus to the assigned verticals).Pipeline was grown through cold calling in person and by phone; networking through existing contacts and customer referrals; trade shows; developing relationships within the law enforcement leadership networks; and leveraging relationships with training sales channel.Consistently exceeded quarterly sales quota goals and MBOs goals.

-Manage and further current account relationships by excelling in service and establishing a trusting partnership between myself and those accounts-Responsible for enhancing branch revenue budgets by developing and growing new business leads, as well as servicing the new accounts-Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts-Effectively work and coordinate timely discharges with Customer Care Center and/or Branch Customer Service Team-Work closely with patients/families, discharge planners, and case managers to ensure quality service/care-In the first two quarters of managing my Riverside territory I have averaged 130% of quota, and have added three impactful accounts to the territory thus far

-Manage and maintain 30 plus accounts-Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within vendors-Responsible for 40 plus individual sales calls weekly-Manage expansive inventory of customer supplies-Cultivate customer relationships to ensure constant communication and deliver vendor updates-Promote new products and develop displays for customers-Complete and file all sales documents, assist in invoice processing, tracking and other budget related activities
