-Monitors key performance metrics and recommending action to improve operational performance across many areas.-Modeling of each agency’s financials-Monitors overhead staffing and all position and pay control.-Weekly review of worked hours compared to planned hours, identifying areas where staffing needs to be addressed and recommending solutions to labor issues. -Optimize revenue capture by monitoring clients with expired or soon-to-expire service authorization and informing the field of the actions needed to clear those authorizations in order to avoid revenue adjustments.-Review accounting for revenue and expense accruals as well as presenting gross profit. Prepare variance analysis.-Complete detailed reviews of individual locations, with particular attention to locations with significant variances to monthly budgets / forecast and/or with demonstrated changes to their run rates.-Ensures all reporting is produced timely and provides valuable information to understand current business trends, and utilizes reporting to identify focus areas to address with Operations. -Creates monthly forecasts, driven by key operational metrics analyzed in partnership with operations partners, and present forecast to senior leadership regularly. -Provide flash updates on metrics and corresponding revenue and EBITDA each week throughout each month close period.-Creates annual operational budgets for each site/location within the assigned business, assessing run rates, growth plans, staffing needs/requests, and regulatory impacts. Present budgets to leadership within operating segment and to Sr. Leadership.-Ad hoc analysis / projects such as rate/volume variance analyses, wage increase valuation, proforma development for new business, union negotiation analysis and other operational reporting projects that may arise.

- Maintain Monthly Financial Statements. - Oversee and coordinate during Month End and Quarterly Close process. - Treasury Liaison for Minova Americas, overseeing all cash transactions at each local financial institution. - Assistant Financial Manager in charge of all Accounts Payable and General Accounting team analysts. - Participates in all Budget and Forecasting activities for each of the Americas business units. - Prepares monthly and YTD cost center reports for all SG&A departments. - Provides monthly segmental sales reports to Executive team and all Commercial Sales VP’s. - Prepares Americas monthly financial report for Global Regional Business Reviews. - Report monthly financial results for all Minova Americas revenue driving and cost saving initiatives. - Financial team representative overseeing all Capital Expenditures project reporting. - Minova Americas expense administrator. - Provides numerous ad hoc reports to all departmental managers by extracting data from our local ERP system.

Learns fundamental techniques and principles related to government accounting, state and local accounting systems, governmental auditing standards, working paper preparation, audit comment development, interviewing, and other courses as needed. Examines transactions to determine compliance with local, state, and federal laws/regulations. Assists in the preparation of schedules required for audit reports. As part of an audit team participates in the examination of financial statements for third-party reliance.
