VC backed HR tech startup facilitating hiring for top employers using artificial intelligence, with offices in NYC, CA and Australia. Successful exit to private equity acquisition and merged with Ingenovis Health.I lead all Sales and Customer Success activities at Stella. Team of 12 in the USA and team of 40 offshore recruiting operations support staff. In the past 3 years, we've added >150 large enterprises to the platform including 44 of the Fortune 500. I manage the sales cycle which can range from 6-18 months. Responsible for the CRM, sales pipeline, contract negotiations, information security reviews, client training and kick-off. Built a team of 12 Customer Success professionals to optimize client engagement and minimize churn. My team is highly data driven using telemetry from the marketplace to focus their limited bandwidth on achieving well defined KPIs. High touch client engagement, on-site visits, very detail oriented and professional QBRs with clients yielded numerous referrals and contract renewals. Close partnership with Product and Engineering teams to design A/B tests, provide client feedback, prioritize product roadmap, etc.

Led all Sales and Business Development activity for Khosla Ventures backed IoT startup. Worked closely with Product team to design platform and features and find product market fit. Established key partnerships with large global corporate clients to pilot Helium and subsequently drive broader adoption.

Cleantech telco services company deploying clean power systems for telecom backup. Principally focused on markets with poor grids, Cascadiant deployed more than 1500 fuel cell systems in 8 countries providing cost-effective, reliable backup power as an alternative to diesel gensets. I led Sales, Business Development, and Operations. Drove top-line revenue growth 300% y-y culminating with a PE buyout.

Founding employee and led Global Business development team of 20 reporting to CEO, Shai Agassi. Based at Palo Alto HQ, managed team across the globe based in Paris, Copenhagen, Munich, Tokyo, and Sydney.
