My name’s Josh Stevens and I’m a student at UCFB at their Wembley campus. I am 19 years old and already have experience in what I specialise in which is sport journalism. It first started off in GCSE when I took media and instantly fell in love with it. I passed it with flying colours getting a grade 6 in my GCSE which then gave me the platform to go to college. Since going to college, I got the opportunity to work for Concord Rangers Football Club as work experience over the course of the two years. This opportunity has taught me a lot and I’ve met some brilliant people along the way. Some of the work I’ve done over the past two years would include tweet updates, interviews and also match reports and previews. This has since been followed to me now officially taking over as the Head of Media at Concord Rangers. The work I’ve done the last two years has now given me the platform to really kick on in the world of sports journalism and get myself out there. The area of work I’m looking for is either for a football club doing the media there like I’m currently doing now or even for a sports media company.
