I work in the Reception area of our Center. As a Senior in my position, I am the acting Group Leader/ Supervisor in my area in the absence of the area Group Leader/ Supervisor. Duties include and not limited to creating new Donor charts, updating current Donor charts, take vitals of all Donors, assist Donors and potential Donors in person and via phone. Knowledge of how to operate a vital signs monitor, safepette dispenser, microhematocrit and digital refractometer.Certified with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).

As a representative of our Community Outreach team, I attend chamber of commerce and community events representing the Center and educating the community about who we are and what we do. I do extensive public business to business networking and building professional rapport.

Server and customer service expert at Americas diner. As a Unit Assistant, I was the Shift Manager. Duties included supervise restaurant staff, delegate, cash till and safe reconciliation and assisted on the cook line as needed. I filled in with all duties and aspects of the restaurant. In the absence of the General Manager, I supervised and managed the store in his role.

I managed all aspects of the Print and Marketing department. My responsibilities included key holder and store opening/ closing duties, register and safe cash reconciliation, manager on duty, staff scheduling, oversee the department budget, generate sales, promote excellence in service, supply inventory and ordering, train new employees and quality check all production orders. I also represented our store at Yukon Chamber of Commerce events.

I managed the Family Domestic division for Canadian County which includes the filing and docketing of new cases and court documents in existing cases of divorce, paternity and protective orders. I also filled in at the probate, guardianship and adoption counter filing in new cases and court documents and issued marriage licenses.

I managed the administration of the business. I would develop and upload advertising to company website, processed payroll, accounting, and training.

I managed a portfolio of accounts in excess of 100. These accounts had a wide variety of outstanding balances from a wide variety of businesses. Account management included payment plans, full balance payoffs, skip-tracing, and training.

My position consisted of teller services, financial services by opening and closing accounts, assisting members with questions and issues with their account, loan processing, and call center management.

This is where I first developed my experience in management. This position required me to manage and supervise the operations of the front end of the grocery store.
