I have recently started my new role as Assistant Principal at Abbeyfield School following my previous roles as Director of Science and Associate Assistant Principal. This role will focus on raising standards and improving teaching and learning practices in the school. I aim to instill consistent, high-quality teaching for all students to benefit. I am passionate about embedding evidence-based pedagogical practices to improve learning outcomes for all students, regardless of their starting point, and I am always trying to find new ways to ensure the curriculum is engaging and accessible to everyone. Setting high expectations and nurturing confidence and ambition in students is the best way for students to achieve and succeed.
