I am a Technical Support Administrator at RUSTOPIA, LLC, a company that provides IT solutions and services to various clients. I handle customer support and tickets, as well as general daily administrative tasks. I have recently decided to move more towards an I.T focused career by obtaining my CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications and am looking to grown my skills and knowledge in the I.T field.Before joining RUSTOPIA, I worked as an English teacher for over five years, teaching English to students of different ages and levels in China and South Africa. I traveled to various locations, hosted marketing events for the school, and held meetings with parents. I am passionate about learning and teaching languages, cultures, and perspectives, and I value diversity and inclusion in my work environment. I am always looking for new opportunities to grow professionally and personally, and to contribute to the success of the organizations I work with.
