I am the current CEO of RTA: The Fleet Success Company. My passion is helping people work ON their fleets, rather than IN their fleets. I am a little crazy about company culture, and believe organizational health is the most important thing for a company to get right. What I'm really passionate about is seeing Fleets adopt the lessons we've learned about culture into their shops and operations. It's why we're defining what it means for a fleet to be successful: Achieving a balanced mastery of the four pillars of fleet success: Stakeholder Satisfaction, Intentional Culture, Resource Efficiency and Risk Management. A lot of fleets and associations will push hard on things like Resource Efficiency, or creating policies and procedure manuals. No one talks about culture, or how to use things like NPS in a fleet operation. We're changing that. As for me, I'm big on sharing the success, and strive to push the boundaries beyond the status quo. While I'm ultimately responsible for any failures, my team knows that through failure comes opportunity to learn. Our greatest success always comes when we hear we've helped a fleet manager be better (we really love hearing that they can spend more time at home!). We are here to help fleets succeed, assisting them to experience clarity, confidence, and peace of mind, instead of chaos and stress. That is why I believe in what we do at RTA. I enjoy spending time with my wife, our eight kids, and our extended families. We play a lot of family card games and eat together often. In my spare time, I enjoy reading anything on leadership, spy thriller novels and singing, or running Ford Raptors through the desert.
