In 2007, a second branch was opened in Papatoetoe, South Auckland. Our core business operations are in Recruitment, Labour Hire, Consulting and Training, while providing permanent, temporary and modular recruitment and consulting services to clients in the blue collar industries such as trades, manufacturing, logisitics, transport, construction and civil industries.My current role is focused around fostering new relationships, managing and retaining, developed business while generating positive outcomes for both client and candidates.Recruitment challenges me to think outside the square and look at situations from multiple perspectives. The fast paced environment and culture that Alignz Recruitment creates is always rewarding, providing opportunities to improve my communication style and think on my feet. My typical day is filled by candidate interviews, referencing and providing support for the team. Interacting with clients or candidates daily helps me to create strong relationships and support the team with candidates who are the right fit. My great satisfaction is assisting people within my community. Helping them find work and ultimately changing lives makes my busy days so rewarding. My key to success is to work hard, be totally genuine and true to my values in all of my dealings with my clients and candidates.
