Being a part of the green up project for Bilstein's first American venture. Writing SOP, PM, SWP, and etc. Implementing leadership strategies with Leadership Strategies of Western Kentucky University. Heading up projects for logistics, installation, and commissioning of equipment. Determining and ordering all units consumable, storage, and tooling needs. Focusing on the correct and unique implementation of lean manufacturing. Launching a new SAP system. Operating and training on rolling mills, slitter's, overhead cranes, and heavy equipment.
