• Managed the technical teams for the next generation cordset chargers for EVs• Lead the Platform team which consist of 18 engineers in the electrical, mechanical, software, regulatory, and testing group to develop, release and refine System Requirements and System DFMEA• Lead the system architecture and design of the next gen cordset• Developed the Decomposition and traceability diagrams of the next gen cordset• Oversaw the planning, design, and implementation of the System Engineering projects• Provided technical direction in-line with business goals• Lead the team to be in accordance to ASPICE, and led activities such as functional safety concepts and hazard and risk analysis• Lead the team to significant cost reductions, and the development of item definition document• Lead sub-team leads to develop project schedules that align with the master timeline• Lead the team in full traceability of requirements up and down the V breaking down high level requirements down from module to the component level and verification/validation of requirements• Ensured product compliance to regulatory standards such as IEC and UL• Lead the team in defect tracking through RTC, engineering processes and PLM, and document control.• Documented risks, defects, tasks prioritization and mitigation plans• Lead cost reduction activities, feasibility studies, worst case analysis, FEA/simulations, and trade off analysis• Lead the review of 3D models, 2D data, and layout and schematics• Managed the engineering BOM and updated throughout the project schedule• Responsible for generating all technical documentation required for System Engineering Life Cycle process
