Regional Information Technology Manager/M365 Exchange Admin
CurrentBeing a regional IT engineer for cornerstone home lending means I am responsible for over 200+ team members every IT need. I am the liaison between the regional offices and the corporate infrastructure. Making sure that all of their operating abilities are not hindered is my number 1 concern. I manage printer, laptops, desktops, iPads, iMacs, networking switches, wall ports, TVs, audio etc... I also am an M365/Exchange admin for Cornerstone Home Lending. I am solely responsible for creating all accounts for new employees including vendors/contractors. This position also has the responsibilities of editing employee changes. For example, title changes, manager changes, address changes, name changes etc... This includes setting up employee ID numbers, configuring email aliases, adding security groups, configuring distribution lists, and configuring distribution groups. These are all extremely time sensitive responsibilities due to all accounts needing to be active for the loan officers to bring in revenue for the company. This position is also responsible for terminating employee accounts in an extremely timely manner. Due to being an FDIC affiliated bank as well as a mortgage lender it is imperative that terminated employee accounts are immediately taken offline and all access be revoked.
