  -Provides work direction and oversight to Job Coaches working within vocational services. Assures Job Coaches provide adequate service delivery and their actions contribute to meeting the goals outlined in the student’s vocational report. Assists in staff training per Vocational Coordinator.-Regularly informs Vocational Coordinator of: students' progress in their vocational reports and IEPs; planning, changes, or implementation of new or different documents; changes in schedules or vocational work assignments, job coach, etc. Completes and distributes to appropriate individuals within identified timelines all required documentation including: intake packet, case noting, goal tracking, job analysis, task analysis, performance evaluations, and other departmental documents.Community Employment-Facilitate community relationships with employers for student job shadows, employment, and other vocational skill related development and exposure.-Assess and complete a job analysis and task analysis for every community employment site and job within the site to ensure safety, task comprehension, and inclusion.-Supervise and coordinate job coaching and staff support for student community employment opportunities.-Arrange, coordinate and provide oversight related to student transportation needs to and from community employment.-Coordinate and manage student community employment schedules.-Develops, updates progress, and manages all Quarterly and Annual Vocational reports for assigned students using approved formats; incorporates knowledge gained from the student’s history, recommendations made at Staffing, etc; submits to the Vocational Coordinator.-Assists the Vocational Coordinator with completion of all Functional Vocational Assessments.-Develops, updates, and provides oversight to the job coaches in relation to documents completed, such as: case noting, goal tracking, job analysis, task analysis, performance evaluations, and other departmental documents.
