Began as a crew chief for the Weatherization Assistance program and moved into the Energy Auditor position. Worked to gain certifications through the Building Performance Institute (see education.) Attended training in contract negotiation, health and safety, Lead renovation, building modeling, chimney fundamentals, clean and tune procedures and 90% furnace installation. Very thankful for the education Weatherization provided to me.Attended ACI regional conference in Lake Placid and was educated in Thermal Imaging, blower door testing, Mobile home insulation/ air sealing techniques, Thermal envelope diagnostics/ techniques and combustion analysis.
