I am a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department of Wilkin Chapman LLP. I work with clients to navigate commercial disputes, in particular contract, consumer rights and intellectual property issues, as well as other civil matters such as debt and property disputes. I have a strong background within litigation having previously worked and trained at a Manchester-based firm, where I worked primarily for large insurer clients.I have a strong understanding of the potential consequences of litigation on commercial clients of all sizes, as well as individuals. I am therefore always sure to adopt a sensible and transparent approach to costs, whilst maintaining a thorough approach when guiding clients through the dispute resolution process.
