CurrentAs Senior Vice President, and Consumer Sales officer for Best Buy Health, Josh is responsible for advancing the purpose of Best Buy Health by enriching and saving lives through technology and meaningful connections. Leading the Lively (formerly Great Call) channel sales teams, MVNO and strategic partnerships; he ensures the industry, market, employee and customer experiences are balanced inputs into the business strategies and operations.Mr. Will has over 23 years of omni-channel retail, General Manager and “intrapreneurial” experiences; leading numerous categories, retail functions and P&Ls for multi-billion dollar business units. This includes leading teams that develop customer experiences, vendor relationships and continuous development of a growth pipeline for a collection of innovative categories and technologies. He was the executive leader during BBY’s entrance into several industries including Home Theater, Mobile Phones, Smart Home, Subscription Services and more recently Digital Health and fitness. This experience is now helping to lead teams that provide our Aging Generation with technology and meaningful connections to help enrich and save lives. Mr. Will holds a business administration and leadership degree from the University of Mary. He serves as a board member for the Consumer Technology Association’s Wireless board and Executive sponsor for Best Buy's Vendor Diversity initiatives.
