I'm known for tackling complex problems head on, seeing widespread direct and indirect consequences, and developing creative solutions. With a background in education and a passion for learning, training and building up others has always been a top priority for me. My leadership strategy is mainly based in servant leadership. I believe it is my responsibility to serve my direct reports and bring the best out of them as a primary focus. The career accomplishment I am most proud of is when I saw the opportunity for automation while in a lower level position and learned how to develop the solution, forging the path to a fully fledged development department today that supports every other department in the business.
