RESPONSIBILITIES:• Provide critical space technical support to Vertiv Services Sales. • Work with Vertiv Services Sales to define incremental scope and develop service solutions proposals based on the key findings and recommendations raised during system audits, professional assessments, and / or electrical testing.• Develop clear, concise, and technically sound service solutions proposals for customer review and acceptance. These proposals may include multiple services delivered by multiple service providers.• Review Request For Proposal (RFP) opportunities and develop comprehensive responses that include all requested company information and technical capabilities as well as professional service proposals suitable for presentation to end-users.• Create proposals and pricing for customer requests that require global service support.• Support custom pricing requests for Battery Life services.• Manage all RFQ responses, custom proposals, and NSSR replies in order to meet customer and sales deadlines.• Develop templates and processes that enable sales associates to complete an effective site walk-through. Train Vertiv Services BDM’s in completing a site walk-through.• Mentor and train AE’s on use of Quote Configurator, templates, and other quoting tools in order to deliver professional proposals.• Develop and implement performance metrics that reflect effective quote support for sales associates. Work with Costa Rica team leader and Director, Commercial Operations to implement process improvements.• Other duties as required
