Duties Include; - Management of a maintenance scheme/project, turning over £1m a year. - Assisting project QS with commercial admin and management of a number of projects.- Assisting with the completion of the monthly Cost, Value Reporting. - Measuring / Re-measuring works and drawing Take offs. - Assisting with final accounts.- Change control management. - Procurement. - General day to day administration.- Maximising value, whilst minimising cost, where possible (Recognising Opportunity & Risk) . - External & Internal valuations.- Evaluating and ensuring Sub-contractor valuations are correct. - Forecasting Costs and linking to programme. - Leading/managing company staff allocation reports.
