If I had to use two words to describe my leadership style it would have to be passionate and committed. I am a strong believer in surrounding yourself with both a capable and diversified staff that fosters robust critical thinking and inclusive work environment. It is critical for any leader to have the ability to create a vision for his team, provide them necessary support to achieve that vision, and continually challenge their abilities so that they remain competitive and effective. I am very hands on and always seek to better understand the problem by going to the root of it and seeing for myself.
