Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to partner with a wide range of organisations within the retail, B2C and eCommerce space. The companies I've worked with have ranged in size from FTSE100 multinationals through to start up/scale up tech-led brands. Where I am able to truly add value is in understanding the ever changing trends in the industry and specifically how this impacts hiring strategies. Beyond just finding great people, I have also been able to advise companies on future organisational design, budgeting for their recruitment spend, as well as connecting leaders and businesses who are facing similar challenges such as an eComm replatform or ERP implementation.
