My career at CoLinx LLC, a large distribution company, has been full of opportunities to accomplish my personal and professional goals. Some of the contributions I've made there include:2006-2008I began working at CoLinx through a staffing company as an inbound product receiver. I had the responsibility of verifying product conformance and accuracy as I stored the product within the warehouse. I worked part-time to full-time in this role while attending college.2008-2011In January of 2008 I was hired by Colinx as a distribution specialist. I performed various tasks including: picking, packing, receiving, customer service, order scheduling, export services, and quality assurance. During this period I worked full time while completing my degree online through Lee University. 2011-2013I graduated with honors from Lee University in May of 2011. Shortly after graduation I was promoted within CoLinx as a distribution supervisor. In this role I was responsible for several departments, including: receiving, value-added services, customer service, and quality assurance. 2013-2020My success within the quality assurance field afforded me the opportunity to be entrusted with a project to analyze the company's quality performance from a Six Sigma data analysis approach. After successful completion of the analysis I was promoted to my current position: Corporate Quality Manager. The responsibilities associated with this role are: to ensure compliance with ISO:9001 quality standards, manage the quality department, and lead the company in quality improvement initiatives. In order to drive quality improvement I developed a synergistic relationship with warehouse management, resulting in the achievement of record-setting quality metrics in 2014. In 2015 I received an additional promotion to include management of internal SOC audits and the training department. In 2016 I led the training department through the largest growth period in company history.
