THECUBE London was one of the first coworking space’s for freelancers, startups and innovative businesses in London when it opened in September 2009. It was approximately #3 in London and within the first 250 worldwide, quite a feat given there are now over 25,000 worldwide. After 10 glorious years it has now closed as a workspace and will continue in a new form to be announced soon.My role was to help the business owner in the running of the space, put on some events, and make lots of cups of tea. It was a great space and a true community that will be missed.

For landlords, we allow them to earn revenue, cover costs and generate footfall and invaluable PR to otherwise latent assets.At Appear Here I was responsible for increasing the inventory of spaces for hire on the platform. I did this by pitching to landlords and property owners of all shapes and sizes across the country promoting Appear Here. In my time I built some long standing relationships with key influential landlords in the UK. I took huge pride in opening up previously inaccessible retail and commercial space across the country making it available to anyone with a great idea.I joined the company in its infancy and in its early days my contribution and dedication in a multi-disciplinary role, allowed it to grow and prosper commercially. As the team expanded and the role narrowed, my understanding and experience of the industry, market and company's own vision allowed me to provide valuable insights and support his colleagues where required.
