As a new husband, a young father of twin girls, and no formal education, I began my journey. My entry into the tech world was as a "grunt" - installing video surveillance cameras in schools and jails, working 12+ hours a day, and more than a few 28+ hour shifts to reach deadlines. I learned the industry from the ground up, in the field doing the work, scraping my knuckles, in extreme cold, and heat. Today I am honored to lead TRADION, changing how the world engages with energy. It is exciting, challenging, difficult, and rewarding. The opportunity before us is immense. The challenges are huge. Just as it was 15 years ago, we are building from the ground up. I believe that with focus, execution, and the right team, we can accomplish anything. I believe that leadership is about investing in others. I believe we have a responsibility to each other, our society, and the future to do better, to move forward, and to lead through humility. I believe we can effect change. This is my passion. My goal. My desire. I have failed more times than I have succeeded. I have learned the "hard way" nearly every time. What I have come to learn is that with humility, determination to keep moving forward, and a passion to learn, we all can leave an impact on the world around us.
