I managed Science for Sport's Coach Academy, working with a team of freelance contributors to create educational video courses for a paid subscription audience. Catapult provides advanced wearable technology and scientifically-validated analytics to elite sports teams. As Customer Success Specialist, I managed relationships with our customer base of elite sporting leagues and teams including Rugby Australia, the National Basketball League (NBL), Suncorp Super Netball and university clients. I provided ongoing technical training and support to optimise our client's use of Catapult's products, and provided internal voice-of-customer feedback to drive the product roadmap.

I also provide sport science support to teams using Catapult's products.

The Pick and Roll is a website that provides coverage of Australian basketball at all levels. This includes everything from Aussies playing in the NBA, Europe and college, to the Australian professional leagues, the NBL and WNBL, and more.As a contributing writer, I produced articles primarily related to the NBL. As accredited NBL media for the 2016/17 season, I attended games and press conferences to provide news and analysis of the league.

Artrage is one of the most dynamic arts, cultural and entertainment organisations in Australia and a key contributor to the vibrancy and vitality of life in Perth. The organisation produces the Fringe World Festival, which has grown to become the largest annual arts event in Perth. Reporting to the Program Manager and Festival Director, I have contributed to the planning and presentation of the Fringe World Festival since 2011. My position within the festival team has grown each year. My role has encompassed responsibilities relating to artist services, logistics, ticketing, box office operations, event operations and programming.

Rooftop Movies has become a highlight of the Perth cultural landscape over summer. The pilot season of Rooftop Movies was presented in 2012. As Project Coordinator, I guided the venture from preparation for the pilot season through to its second season. My responsibilities were wide-ranging, from project planning, programming and venue installation to managing daily operations including film distribution, supervision of ticketing and front-of-house operations and website content.

Reporting to the West Coast Fever Strength and Conditioning Coach, I coached elite young netballers from the Fever In Time development program in strength and conditioning, speed, agility and robustness training.

UWA Health and Rehabilitation is an integrated clinic that aims to improve clients' physical functioning and health-related quality of life. The clinic specialises in the prevention, rehabilitation and management of chronic conditions and musculoskeletal pathologies. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, I supervised and instructed clients on rehabilitation programs in the clinic. I also fulfilled the role of Program Leader for the Thriving Program, an individualised physical activity and health program for kids and teens affected by cancer, metabolic disease and other complex juvenile conditions.

Research programs in this department are aimed at understanding the mechanical, anatomical and neuromechanical mechanisms and processes underlying human and animal movement. Research is applied in clinical, sporting and occupational settings. Reporting to the PhD candidate and lead researcher, I contributed to a study into anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury prevention. Responsibilities included operating 3D motion analysis equipment and software, data collection and processing, instructing athletes on testing protocols and instructing and supervising athletes on training interventions.
