I am an experienced professional with a diverse work history. I have held management level positions in the production and manufacturing environment with JELD-WEN Windows and Doors. I completed a 24 month intense Management Development Program with JELD-WEN and worked my way up from a front line supervisor to a plant Coordinating Manager. I was responsible for employee training, production scheduling, safety monitoring, production efficiency, and employee evaluations and development. I also spent almost five years as a Corporate Training Manager with JELD-WEN where I helped develop the companies Production Manager's leadership and management skills at all 58 North American production facilities. I was also certified as a Professional Selling Skills instructor for their Sales Training and Coaching programs. I have spent about ten years total working within County government coordinating two different community-based coalitions focused on Youth Suicide Prevention and Gang Prevention respectively. In both positions I worked closely with law enforcement, local school districts, social service providers, faith-based organizations, and the local business community to accomplish our shared objectives. I developed an exceptional ability at building mutually beneficial partnerships which also served me well in my position selling enterprise software to pulp and paper companies in North America. While working as a software sales specialist with Convergence Training, I was able to sell over a million dollars in software in my first full year with the company. Currently, I am a Territory Manager for Alliance Door Products and cover parts of SW Washington, Northern Oregon, and the Oregon Central Coast. I am also an Account Executive with Aspire Partners and refer companies of all sizes to their various Expense Reduction services. I have been able to build an extremely diverse skillset with all of my experiences that can be used in many professional arenas.
