This eliteexperience equipped Josh with a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and resilience.Beyond his athletic career, Josh has actively contributed to the sports industry through roles in communityengagement, sports administration, and coaching. His time at Swimming Australia and the AustralianInstitute of Sport provided valuable insights into sports governance, athlete development, sportoperations and high-performance environments.Josh more recently successfully applied these skills and experiences to lead the Mentone Aquatic, Bayside Swimming Club and Mentone Grammar swimming community as Head Coach.
