Led North America Client Services Operations team including project managers and Salesforce administrators. Managed the business unit's global Salesforce migration as part of the divestment of the organization in June 2017. Managed P&L for $5MM annual budget.Business unit purchased by Vector Capital in June 2016 and re-branded as Cheetah Digital.

Managed the Mid-Market Accounts Relationship Management team of 7 and Support team of 40, responsible for $22MM+ across 150 clients. Oversaw the North American Client Services Operations team responsible for internal projects related to process efficiency, revenue opportunities, cost reduction, and general operations for Experian’s Cross-Channel Marketing business unit. Managed P&L for $3MM annual budget.

Led Client Project and On-Boarding Team for newly formed Mid-Market Accounts department, settling back into a full time operations role once the team was developed and ready to be handed over to the Onboarding Manager.

Moved to San Jose, Costa Rica to head up and build out business unit's Costa Rica office as well as oversee international coordination, training, and daily operation (on assignment for 13 months).
