I’m currently leading 3 development teams supporting 10 distinct business functions. I also coordinate the Application Development Summer Internship Program. I have a passion for driving personal growth in myself and others. I strive to create a psychologically safe environment where each member feels valued in their opinions and contributions. Job responsibilities include:- Application development using C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, and Vuetify- Gathering requirements, estimating, and designing new software systems- Participate in Quality Assurance testing of software systems- Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials for software systems as needed- Leading teams of developers to implement new software and software enhancements- Mentoring new developers and developer interns- Establishing relationships with stakeholders across the business in order to best understand their needs and provide quality software solutions

Work closely with customers to implement technology that fits their business needs including:- Designing, Analyzing, and Implementing software systems.- Maintaining and enhancing software systems.- Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials for software systems as needed.- Responding to major system crashes and providing a solution to get the system back up and running.- Assuming the role of a project lead with a small group of systems analysts.- Mentoring new developers.

I provided assistance to students via direct communication and/or telephone. I handled minor administrative duties such as setting up room reservations, reporting broken computers and printers, and assisting professors with the use of instructional technology.

I set up computer labs, fixed broken computers, inventoried computers and related hardware, researched and tested network monitoring software.
