Orchard Marketing is an independent digital creative and communications agency based in Sydney. With staff of around 45 and some of Australia's leading brands as clients, Orchard has grown considerably during my time with the agency.My responsibilities include project management and often account management across a broad range of the agency's clients including Video Ezy, Pfizer, Bayer, Twentieth Century Fox, MCN, Electrolux, the Australian Government, George Weston Foods, Nivea, The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Executive Channel, Media i, Investa Property Group and Huhtamaki Australia. I have managed projects and campaigns across the full spectrum of digital channels including websites, email marketing, iOS apps, Flash games, CD-ROM applications and online media. My passion for online has also encouraged me to become involved in development, which I confidently practice whenever possible.

Sydney

Working as part of the Operations and Production Support team, my responsibilities saw me being the bridge between the IT development and account management teams within the agency. Responsibilities also included project management of campaigns such as 1900/SMS voting for television shows such as Big Brother and Australian Idol, web development, mobile content and SMS/1900 IVR campaigns. I also worked across operational duties such as SMS carrier relationship management, hosting management and execution, SQL reporting and building access control.

East Sydney

Worked across the agency's portfolio of agency and direct client to establish their digital marketing requirements, plan their campaigns, project manage the development of their campaign, then maintain and report on the campaign during it's lifetime.Key clients included McDonalds, Coca Cola, MasterCard, Video Ezy, Zodiac Australia, American Express, plus many of Australia's leading brands through relationships with marketing and communications agencies.

East Sydney

Responsible for the efficient and accurate back-office operations of all promotional campaigns run by the agency, including winner selection, reporting, customer service and entry collation.
