As a Shipping Assistant I took advantage of the original structure to gain a strong understanding of the required responsibilities and was able to excel in that position. After a year of working at a high level, within the processes that were set up long before my employment, Jonaco Machine decided to move to a more efficient stock/shipping program and I played an integral role in that transition. I helped by working with a team of coworkers to take stock of what parts we currently had and then made it my mission to learn the new processes as quickly as possible. I had a really strong grasp on the new protocols and was able to train additional employees who were hired after the transition.
