As the Identity & Access Management Manager I provide global strategy, leadership and direction for identity and access management activities for the Cargill enterprise.I am responsible for the development of Cargill’s global Identity and Access Management strategies in the areas of directories, access and authorization systems and Identity Management.

In this role I operated as an enterprise Identity and Access Management technology subject matter expert and managed the alignment and integration of the technology strategy and implementation with our managed service provider and regional delivery organizations. My responsibilities included partnering effectively with all levels of the organization.

As part of the IAM team, I worked on expanding the applications integrated into the Identity and Access Governance (IAG) platform, worked to solve challenging business issues, and improved process efficiency. Utilizing the IAG platform and related technologies, I helped the IAM team build strategies, worked with the business to improve IAM processes.

Responsible for Cargill’s global Identity and Access Management systems, strategies and architectures.

This position involved taking over, improving, supporting and maintaining Cargill's standard Microsoft Windows Server image used by all corporate servers within the company.

My second position within Cargill began as a terminal server administrator responsible for the architecture, administration, and strategy development of Cargill's vast terminal server deployment. During my tenure I became a subject matter expert within the entire Microsoft Windows Server space supporting file server, application servers, infrastructure.

This was my first position with Cargill after graduating from the University of Iowa. Working primarily with desktop and laptop devices, I learned the fundamentals of supporting and maintaining computers in an enterprise environment.
