Responsible for the development of both business and system processes to facilitate the implementation of the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Act 2004. Project was under funded with extremely tight timeframes that were unable to move due to political commitments. However, the project was delivered on time, within the available budget with increased functionality.

On successful completion of the project, Joshua was further commissioned to perform an overhaul of the State’s Prison Officer Recruitment process. This was a large project undertaken in an environment largely adverse to change. The result was the most successful recruitment process held in over 5 years.
