• Responsible for conducting credit analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on existing and prospective customers and CRE portfolios.• Thorough analyses of data including personal & business credit reports, industry & property research, and personal & business tax returns.• Prepares and presents credit analyses and risk based credit decisions which maximize credit quality and minimize the banks credit risk and potential loss for various types of Business Banking loan requests up to $2.5MM in total relationship exposure.• Provides credit decisions in a high-volume production environment while following all bank and business line lending policies.

• Efficiently self-manage work flow through email between Underwriters and Business Banking Officers while adhering to internal SLA policies.• Thorough review of Post-Underwriting conditions, including appraisals, entity documents, title policies, hazard insurance, and environmental forms.• Risk-based analysis and decision making when reviewing and clearing closing conditions.• Detailed input of loan documentation information into CLW2 system.• Knowledge of closing policies and procedures, underwriting requirements, and governmental requirements.• Ensure compliance with internal polices, regulatory, and customer service standards.
