I want to change the world. I’ve dedicated my life to developing leaders and organizations who can make the world a better place - more justice, more health, more compassion, more peace, more abundance for everyone. I serve as CEO of Wisdom Partners, a leadership coaching and consulting firm. We help leaders evolve so they can help their organizations evolve so we can change the world together. We are convinced that the path to maximum impact lies through cultivating an Ownership Culture in our organizations. This is when every individual is aligned to the mission, accountable for clear goals, and empowered to act autonomously within their area of responsibility. This results in deep personal agency and a dynamic synergy that catapults the organization and the individuals into enduring impact. I have been married for 20+ years. Our oldest kid is a freshman at UC Berkeley, and our youngest is getting ready for middle school. I'm currently wrapping up my PhD in Organizational Leadership, and I do short triathlons in my spare time. But don’t be too impressed — my motto for those is: “Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly!”
