Responsible for leading team of developers working for a key client. Using Azure DevOps to map out projects and plan allocation of work, initially working on an on-premise solution and planning and conducting the work to migrate this solution into Microsoft Azure, along with all live processes. - Developed & supporting a current library of 8 automation processes, in an environment of 75+ robots. - Worked with health care provider on behalf of an outsourcer to improve reliability & accuracy of health screening procedures via RPA. Resulted in multiple historical issues being highlighted that had gone un-noticed for many years during manual processing, and produced the result of the client providing a much more reliable service. - Working together with the business analysts and process SMEs to ensure all processes are mapped out accurately in the PDD to minimise timeframe from having the process defined to completing the automation development. - Liaising with key stakeholders up to executive level to ensure the quoted FTE savings are being achieved, and the business are happy with the overall automation projects.

Provision & support of HP automation packages for a wide range of customers, for user front-end software including HP OO and HP CSA. Working for Fujitsu Services on the HMRC Aspire account in the Software Distribution team. I was responsible for ensuring all necessary new software & updates are deployed to some of the 110,000 devices across the estate. Initially distributing the software using HP RADIA, I was involved in the migration to Microsoft System Centre 2012 as a replacement. As well as this migration, I had been responsible for migrating machines on the estate from Windows XP to Windows 7 using PXE Boot technology and generating power usage data for the use of HMRC.

Completing this job involved bringing traffic to your website, the majority being from Facebook, and encouraging visitors to complete offers to unlock premium content. To complete this, I needed web design skills, and the use of proper English.
