• Provide code changes, graphic updates, and maintenance to the vast segmented PLC networks site wide. o Including Allen-Bradley PLC5, SLC502, SLC504, SLC505, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix. Siemens Simatic.
• Implementation of $1M, 75,000-gal hold tank with batch operation to fermenters. o Working from initial scope design, bidding, construction, programming, commissioning, and ultimately to operational turn over.
• Implementation of $250K, DeltaV Mobile Worker to allow operators to interface into DCS network wirelessly with tablets using a cyber secure interface across Plant LAN wireless network.
• Provide control Interface to DeltaV from York BACnet controlled Chiller system in $5M Chiller installation project.
• Controls work for $500K SLC505 conversion of Water Treatment PLC to ControlLogix upgrade. o Including new coding, new cabinets, and testing for site acceptance.

Contract work for BIC Technologies for technology transfer and technical services leading to the commissioning of a titanium dioxide plant located in Yibin China. The client for BIC is Yibin Tianyuan Haifeng Hetai Limited (YTHH).o Group collaboration of 7 engineers for the design of 50K ton/year chloride process TiO2 plant.o Design and review of P&IDs.

• Ongoing 3-5 point calibrations of pulp consistency meters around the mill.
• Purchased and implemented continuously mixed liquid polymer system to more accurately add polymer to clarifier, in order to increase particle flocculation and clarifier settling.
• Decreased water usage and increased heat recovery by redesigning direct contact heat exchanger process.
• Decreased water usage by redesigning process around vacuum separator pumps.
• Verified the cost effectiveness of insulating air to air heat exchanger.
