With over 20 years of diverse experience in the field, I have developed a specialty in driving change and transformation in organisations, always with a genuine care for the people I work with. I have worked for some of the largest global mining companies in Australia and have extensive experience in both operational and strategic environments. As a leader with a strong vision, I have demonstrated a collaborative, transformational leadership style and a high level of determination and resilience.As a General Manager of People, Risk, and Sustainability - reporting directly to the CEO – I have full strategic and operational responsibility for the HSE, organisational learning, training, sustainability initiatives and people engagement functions.
